Planet Ark are selling these gorgeous little 6-packs through Coles nationally. The Backyard Pack is a specially prepared selection of native Australian tree and shrub species for planting in contained areas in the region of purchase. These seedlings are specifically intended for small scale and ornamental plantings - like your backyard.
So they should be fairly fool-proof because the guys at Greening Australia have done all the hard work and have found which natives work in which soils and climate conditions.
