Back from an Absolutely Wonderful Experience and Self Portrait Tuesday
Just back last night, and I'm still finding it hard to articulate how I felt about this supremely beautiful country that we drove 1500 km's through over 5 days (after flying 3.5 hrs to get there). The word BIG comes to mind to describe everything. Big distances, big skies, big rocks, big open land, big feelings, big happiness. It was a really great trip and we didn't want to come home, it felt like just the beginning of something. I will write something far more meaningful in the next days when I can put this all together. Here are a just a couple of photos - and also satisfies my SPT.

oh wow. what beautiful pictures. and what an amazing adventure you have had. i have never been to the red centre but definitely feel a pull to get there one day. i love the campervan/road trip idea and hope to do that with the family one day.
