Tradition is Back in da Haus

JD was well missed yesterday. Had an extended family lunch, and this is probably the first time in my life I've hosted a do for 12 people by myself. The food worked and it was chilled out. It was a roaring success.My Uncle who is dealing with cancer looked great - had that sparkle in his eye and was feisty and that tells me he's going to tell that cancer to fuck off. And of course I get filled up with love being with my nieces. God I love them both!



But I'm feeling a bit ordinary today. And tired. And it's been raining all night and doesn't look like stopping and it's the kind of weather that makes you want to stay inside.
